Inner Core Capital brings decades of hard money experience to the private lending industry. Because of Federal rate hikes and stringent guidelines by wall street backed capital in the private money space there is a higher demand for hard money loans. We receive a multitude of loan requests but only qualify loans that have low risk of default. 

Our broad base of experience with 30 years in the industry, returning borrowers and brokers throughout the western states brings in loans of all types and sizes. You tell us what you’re looking to invest in by choosing regions of Hawaii or California you're interested in, Property Type, Loan Amounts, Loan to Values, and Rate of Return. WE SPECAILIZE IN PRIVATE HARD MONEY LOANS AND KNOW HOW TO CREATE A SAFE HIGH RETURN INCOME INVESTMENT.

Loans range from $100,000 to $2,000,000 on every property type, including land, residential 1-4 (non-owner occupied), 5-10 multifamily, small office commercial, and equity partner opportunities. We originate loans that return 9.5% - 11% on 1st Trust Deeds and 12%-14% on 2nd Trust Deeds. Loans can be taken in whole or fractionalized participation (that can spread risk). You can invest as an individual, family trust, LLC, or self-directed IRA.

UNDERWRITING IS THE MOST IMPORTANT SKILL WE POSSESS

 
By following Thorough underwriting guidelines, we mitigate as much risk as possible and focus on the strength of the property and borrowers ability to pay. We will drive or jump on a plane for some deals to personally inspect the property and interview the borrower face to face. This hands-on experience gives us deep insight into the property and getting to know the borrower. We receive multiple loan requests daily and can quickly pick out a good deal. An interview with the borrower gives us insight by asking key questions and determining if we will move forward; after the borrower agrees to preliminary loan terms, we start a rigorous due diligence & underwriting process to determine if we will move on to approval. Approved loans are then offered to investors to take in whole or will fund with multiple fractionalized participating investors.
